As a Digital Media Strategist at Bay Neuropsychiatry, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence and user experience across platforms. This role blends strategy, design, and execution—requiring both creative thinking and analytical rigor.

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing digital experiences that support patient engagement, provider recruitment, and overall brand growth. From website design and content strategy to performance optimization, your work will directly impact how individuals connect with our services.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our digital presence reflects our commitment to clinical excellence, accessibility, and compassionate care.

Minimum  Qualification
  • 4+ years of experience with Webflow development and responsive web design
  • Strong visual design and UI skills with a deep understanding of modern design principles and best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
  • Experience building clean, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Preferred  Qualification
  • Experience designing within healthcare, mental health, or other regulated industries
  • Ability to lead collaborative workshops, gather stakeholder input, and translate insights into design solutions
  • Familiarity with UX strategy, user flows, and conversion-focused design
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams
